1. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
We ship globally from our laboratory in Sydney, Australia. All orders are dispatched using Express Shipping to ensure the fastest possible delivery time.
Launch Special: For a limited time, shipping is FREE for all Australian orders and International orders over $1,000 USD.
For international orders under $1,000 USD, our standard express rates and estimated transit times are listed below:
- Australia (Domestic): FREE | 1-2 business days
- New Zealand: $35 USD (~$54 AUD) | 4-8 business days
- USA, Canada & Asia: $45 USD (~$70 AUD) | 5-12 business days [10-18 business days for China]
- UK, Europe & Rest of World: $55 USD (~$85 AUD) | 7-12 business days
Please note: AUD rates are approximate. While we use express services, real-world transit times may vary slightly due to customs processing or local network delays.
2. COURIER DELAYS & LIABILITY
Please note that the delivery times listed above are estimates only provided by our logistics partners.
Third-Party Responsibility: Once a package leaves our facility, we have no control over carrier delays, weather disruptions, or flight cancellations. Vesiculate is not liable for late shipments caused by the courier.
Tracking: You will receive a tracking number immediately upon dispatch to monitor your shipment's progress.
3. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & DUTIES
Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU): We ship all international orders on a DDU basis. This means product prices and shipping fees do not include import duties, VAT, or tariffs.
Buyer Responsibility: As the importer of record, you are responsible for paying any applicable taxes or duties required by your country’s customs authority upon arrival. We cannot calculate or prepay these fees for you.
4. PRODUCT STORAGE & HANDLING
Ambient Transport: Our nanoparticle reagents are engineered to be stable at room temperature, allowing for safe ambient transport via standard express networks.
Upon Receipt: Please store products at 4 °C upon arrival if unused immediately to ensure long-term stability. Do not freeze the products.
5. RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
Final Sale: Due to the sensitive nature of nanoparticle reagents, all international sales are final. We do not accept returns for change of mind or ordering errors.
Damaged or Defective Goods: If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or fails to meet the Certificate of Analysis (CoA), please notify us at info@vesiculate.com within 3 business days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement immediately at no additional cost.
