What is the webshop's currency?
All prices are listed and charged in US Dollars (USD).
While we provide a currency converter for your convenience, please note that this tool provides an estimate only based on live market data. It does not reflect the final exchange rate or foreign transaction fees charged by your bank.

Prefer to pay in AUD? Australian customers can avoid currency fluctuation by paying a fixed AUD price via invoice. Please email us at hello@vesiculate.com for a quote.
Can I request a quote instead of purchasing via your webshop?

Do you offer custom vesicle formulations?
Yes! We have in-house formulation capabilities and can provide custom vesicles. Please reach out to discuss your needs.
How are your products shipped?
Syncle™ products are shipped at ambient temperature.
Are Syncles™ stable at room temperature?
Yes, all Syncle™ products are stable at room temperature (20-25 °C) for routine, short-term use.
For long-term storage, we recommend refrigeration (~4 °C). This is highly recommended for SyncleFluor™ to preserve its fluorophore performance, and recommended for SyncleRef™ to enhance its overall shelf life.
What is your standard lead time?
We process and ship all in-stock orders within 1-3 business days. The total lead time (the time until you receive your order) will be this processing time plus the carrier's shipping time, which may be 1-3 weeks depending on your location (please refer to Shipping & Returns for more information). We will provide a tracking number once your order has shipped.
For custom vesicle formulations, the lead time will be longer.
Can Syncles™ be frozen or kept in the freezer?
No, please avoid freezing any Syncle™ products as freezing disrupts the membrane structure of Syncles™ and leads to irreversible aggregation.
