Syncle™ products are shipped at ambient temperature.

Yes, all Syncle™ products are stable at room temperature (20-25 °C) for routine, short-term use.

For long-term storage, we recommend refrigeration (~4 °C). This is highly recommended for SyncleFluor™ to preserve its fluorophore performance, and recommended for SyncleRef™ to enhance its overall shelf life.

We process and ship all in-stock orders within 1-2 business days. The total lead time (the time until you receive your order) will be this processing time plus the carrier's shipping time, which may be 1-3 weeks depending on your location (please refer to Shipping & Returns for more information). We will provide a tracking number once your order has shipped.

For custom vesicle formulations, the lead time will be longer.
