SyncleFluor™
Fluorescent Synthetic Vesicles

MULTICOLOR

Choose from 7 different fluorophores (ranging from UV to NIR) to match your excitation and emission needs.

UNIFORM

Meticulously engineered to be monodisperse, ensuring uniform size and number of fluorophores/particle.

SyncleFluor™ is room-temperature stable unlike traditional lipid-based vesicle reference materials.

STABLE
NO PREP

No reconstitution or aliquoting needed. Simply dilute to your desired concentration and use.

ROBUST

Fluorophores covalently attached to individual vesicles to ensure zero leaching over time.

Key Features & Real-World Data

Full Color Spectrum

01

Seamlessly integrate SyncleFluor™ into your workflow with 7 available colors, from ultraviolet (UV) to near-infrared (NIR).

Our product range covers all excitation lasers and fluorescence detectors found in common nanoparticle analyzers including flow cytometers and nanoparticle tracking analysis (NTA) systems.

Monodisperse

02

Drive data reproducibility with SyncleFluor™.

These vesicles deliver precise, consistent sizing independent of fluorophore choice.

All variants feature a narrow size distribution and an excellent polydispersity index (PDI < 0.05).

SyncleFluor™ is available now in 135 nm, with more options in development to support your future needs.

Homogeneous brightness

03

SyncleFluor™ delivers exceptional particle-to-particle consistency through a uniform distribution of fluorophores that minimizes population variability. Flow cytometry analysis confirms a single fluorescence population with a narrow fluorescence intensity distribution and the absence of unlabelled particles.

Additionally, SyncleFluor™ boasts a brightness that resembles real-world nanoparticles, unlike traditional fluorescent beads which are often too bright to be a suitable standard.

Zero dye leaching

04

Our proprietary process tags fluorophores directly onto SyncleFluor™. This creates a highly stable linkage that eliminates dye leaching and fluorescence fluctuations during storage and use.
